How do I register my child?
You may register your child if you are the parent or legal guardian. To enroll them in kindergarten, they must be five (5) years old prior to September 1st. There is no early entrance screening for students who do not meet the age requirement. Children must be six (6) years old prior to September 1st to enroll in first grade.
Where can I register my child?
You can register your child at the New Student Center, located at 1132 12th Street - Main District Office on the west side of the building. Stop by and make an appointment so you can register your child. New Student Center is open Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Closed on Fridays (except for unique issues).

What do I need to have in order to register my child?
- Birth Certificate This must be an original or certified copy and must be presented at time of registration. No copies. There are no exceptions. (Acta de nacimiento. Original.)
- Proof of Residence You'll need to present a current receipt of a utility bill, such as a gas, electric, water, telephone bill; or a house payment receipt, rent receipt, or lease agreement. - Immunization Arizona law requires written proof of immunity against certain childhood diseases. Registrations will not be accepted unless all immunizations are up-to-date and you have proper records. There are no exceptions. - Report Card, Transcripts, or Withdrawal Form from Previous School (If you don't have either of these items, a call will be made to the previous school for grade verification. For high school students, transcripts from school(s) previously attended are extremely helpful at the time of registration in order to properly place students in academic classes.)
