Dear Parents, your child will be given a parental COVID vaccine consent form today. IF you wish for your child to receive the COVID vaccine at school by Copper Queen Medical Associates, please return it by Monday, 12/20/21. We are not mandating or promoting the vaccine, but rather providing a venue. Thank you!
The Pfizer COVID Vaccine for children will be available tomorrow, Saturday, November 20th, from 9 AM-1PM at the Copper Queen Clinic in Douglas, 100 E. 5th Street. Please pre-register at: https://www.azdhs.gov/covid19/vaccines/index.php#registration
The Pfizer COVID vaccine was approved for 5-11 year old's by the CDC last night. The Bisbee Copper Queen Clinic has 300 and will be doing a drive up event tomorrow. The Douglas Copper Queen Clinic also received 300 and will be doing a walk-in event this Friday as well as on Saturday, November 20th, from 9AM - 1 PM.
Face coverings are now required for all staff, students, and visitors while indoors on any District property or event.

Parents/Guardians of DUSD students, this Monday 24th through Friday 28th from 8AM to 4PM all DUSD students may return their devices at the east entrance of the DHS library by going through the student parking lot and we will also be located at the DHS gym lobby. Thank you for your cooperation.
