Dear Parents, your child will be given a parental COVID vaccine consent form today. IF you wish for your child to receive the COVID vaccine at school by Copper Queen Medical Associates, please return it by Monday, 12/20/21. The Pfizer COVID vaccine was approved for 5-11 year old's by the CDC last night. The Bisbee Copper Queen Clinic has 300 and will be doing a drive up event tomorrow. The Douglas Copper Queen Clinic also received 300 and will be doing a walk-in event this Friday as well as on Saturday, November 20th, from 9AM - 1 PM.
