Annual Registration & Open Enrollmen

WHAT IS ANNUAL REGISTRATION, WHO DOES THIS APPLY TO AND WHEN DOES IT OCCUR?

This is the state mandated yearly process of reconfirming your residency for the upcoming school year.  All students currently enrolled within the district and who plan to return for the new year must complete the registration.  It starts every January and should be completed by Spring break.

 WHAT IS OPEN ENROLLMENT, WHO DOES THIS APPLY TO AND WHEN DOES IT OCCUR?

Open enrollment (grades K-7th only) for the upcoming school year is the process of applying for a school that is not your child’s boundary school.  ONLY parents who wish for their child to attend a different school other than their boundary school will fill this form out. Open Enrollment is NOT guaranteed and is based on capacity.  If approved, it must be filled out on a yearly basis if you wish to keep your child at the approved school.  Open Enrollment forms are accepted starting in January and close on May 15th of every year.  Any applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list.
